If an item is unavailable, we will dispatch the available products and contact you about how to proceed with the out-of-stock item — either a refund or waiting for restock.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment and included in your order total.
3. Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation and payment. Our logistics team processes orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Within Tamil Nadu: 1–2 business days
- Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): 4–5 business days
- Note: Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, regional lockdowns, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.
5. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
6. P.O. Box Shipping
We deliver to P.O. box addresses using India Post services only. Courier services do not support P.O. boxes.
7. Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses using India Post. Courier services are not available for such locations.
8. Items Out of Stock
If part of your order is out of stock, we will hold your full order until all items are available, unless otherwise requested.
9. Delivery Delays
If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

11. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery:
- If you are present: Please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.
- If delivered in your absence: Share photos or a video of the damaged package within 24 hours via WhatsApp.
